Our client is a 2nd generation process technology company that is revolutionizing the production of biofuels.  A leading industry research firm recently concluded that the company's new, patented process has a significant cost and value advantage to producers over the traditional biodiesel process widely used today.   The company has recently been awarded a Dept. of Energy (DOE) grant of several million dollars to speed up implementation of this exciting new technology with the leading global biodiesel refineries.  The company has developed a unique technology for biodiesel production that significantly reduces the cost per gallon of production while creating a superior quality fuel and glycerin bi-product and the company's proprietary and patented technology that can be easily used with existing process infrastructure.  The process has a low cost of implementation, and is effective with any biodiesel feedstock source, including vegetable, animal, algae and biomass oils.  In addition, several production steps in the traditional biodiesel production process can be eliminated with this technology.  The company is currently working with licensees and strategic partners globally to implement this technology. 

Position Overview:

The Biodiesel Technology Process Engineer will be one of the leading engineering resources for the company and will be responsible for dual roles.  First, this individual will be responsible for internal technical and operational support of the company's biodiesel process demonstration plant.  Included is the daily operation of the demonstration plant and the continued development of the company's technology.  Second, this individual will also be responsible for providing technical support at customer's biodiesel processing plants including design, construction, start up and problem resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

Working closely the company's technical, QA, R&D, and Operations team, the biodiesel process engineer is responsible for:

• Insuring safe and efficient operation of the company's demonstration plant.
• Continued development of current technologies and into 2nd and 3rd generation biofuels processes.
• Develop testing protocols for new feedstocks and process equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to customers in plant retrofits, plant startups and post startup technical service.
• Technical support in the sales and licensing of company's technology to new or future customers.
• Training of customer plant personnel in the proper process conditions, equipment operation, material handling, etc.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE

Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Human Resource Manager and shall include following key responsibilities:

* Provide prompt emergency care including assessment for all occupational & non occupational injuries & illnesses.
* Assist in the design & implementation of Site medical surveillance program.
* Conduct health education program to enhance employee knowledge.
* Advise employer on legal & regulatory compliance.
* Assist in Site Risk Management through health data gathering and using the data to prevent injury & illness.
* Own plant medical record system, medical supplies & equipments.
* Own Plant Health Services Key Element Program.

Requirements:

* Minimum: Diploma in Nursing, Medicine & equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years of nursing experience. (Training on Occupational health knowledge will be provided
internally)
* Register with Nursing Board or Medical Assistant Board.
* Good command of oral and written communication skills in English and able to work well cross- functionally and independently.
* Proactive with strong analytical and leadership skills.
